Debauchee of Dew in a Concrete Landscape by MARILLA PALMER is inspired by the intoxicating prose written by Emily Dickinson. Using artificial and natural materials the artist fashions up hybrid sculptures and collages made with mushroom spores, pressed flowers, holographic paper, and Astroturf, aimed at creating a supernatural world.

Marilla Palmer has exhibited her work at numerous galleries including Pierogi and PPOW in New York City, Robert V. Fullerton Art Museum at California State University San Bernardino, and Christopher Grimes Gallery, Los Angeles.
